I have been "investigating" my husband since the day we were married. I have always known that I would eventually catch him in the act. I caught him in late December. He tried to tell me he was a sex addict and I took it as another one of his lies and denial, just a way to say that he was not at fault for what he had done. So, instead of seeking SLA help, we went to marriage counseling and I wouldn't let him have not one minute alone. This would not happen to me again. Four months later, he was fed up with me. Now he wants a divorce and believes he is falling in love with this woman. This is when I finally looked into SLA. Now, I see that he is clearly and SLA ... and I don't want to lose him to the "new flavor" because he has this addiction. I want to get him help...and me, help. But now, he is on a new "high" with her and does not feel he needs any help and has little if no desire to try to fix our marriage.

How do I get him to go to meetings and see that we can work through this together??
