i started compulsive masturbating and viewing pornographic material as early as seventh grade. i had a bad influence attached. for the past year, guilt has set in so much it just makes me cry and i want so much just to leave it all behind but it haunts me. it haunts me everyday and temptation sets in.

i started sra on saturday night and haven't done anything since. that's another 12 step program.

i wish everyone lots of luck with recovery. i know that i need to try hard this time.
